May 15, 2003 The Florida First Coast Chapter of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) toured the new Jacksonville ProAsh facility as part of their May meeting. The topic of the meeting was Fly Ash Products in Concrete. The session included a one-hour tour led by Tom Cerullo, Steve Gasiorowski and Tom Benz from Separation Technologies. The tour was followed by lunch and a presentation on fly ash. Paul Smith, Plant Manager of JEA and Joe Teves, President of ST each gave a brief welcome and talked about the partnership of the power plant with ST.
The event was attended by over 50 people from the ACI chapter as well as ST and St. Johns River Power Park employees. The ACI is a technical and educational society dedicated
to improving the design, construction, maintenance and repair of concrete
